its rare to spot a female web designer in the wild, but it happens. this lady’s got herself a real nice site, and bonus—she’s funny.
g-fighter.com is from mars, dooce is from venus
i stumbled upon her site after reading something about a study done by some researchers in the uk that says that 94% of all sites are male-oriented, with only 2% being classified as female-oriented. the most basic criteria include the male preference for straight lines, right angles and classic typography versus the female preference for…i dunno, commitment?
but that can’t include my website, i’ve got pink and shit (see the color selector on the left). i think this site is chickenhead female friendly, don’t you?

big changes have come to g-fighter.com, i hope you like them. and yes, the color picker does remember your choice. kick ass.
of course, you won’t get to see all of them if you’re using internet explorer—i swear its not my fault.
so once again, i strongly urge you all to get firefox.
